
I'm following a training guide from a series called "From Couch Poatato To Tri.". Though I wouldn't quite put pregnancy, labor and recovery in the couch potato category, I do want a gentler start. Needless to say I'm a little behind because they start you at 22 weeks and I only have 13 left until race day. I'll just do the best I can because really..im not even close to being able to bust out 600 meters in swim. Here's this weeks deal:
M: Bike 9 Miles
T: Swim 10 laps=500 meters (hopefully 1/2 of these freestyle)
W: Bike 9 MIles, Run/Walk 25 minutes (Fast Walk 3 mins, Jog 2 mins)
T: Swim 10 laps=500 meters (hopefully 1/2 of these freestyle)
F: Bike 9 miles
S: Walk/Run 50 minutes
Keep in mind, these times don't include my warm up, cool down or stretching.
